Responsible for the day to day operations of the IT Network and devices ensuring 24/7 availability. Ensuring compliance to Information Security Policy, and reporting of security incidents. This position will also focus on the administration of the library districts Network infrastructure and Network Services. Job Requirements :
Implement and monitor Agility’s global Network devices (routers, gateway, switches etc) and server connection through solution tools to maintain 24/7 availability of the network.
Configure and implement the network design according to the defined critical points of the network recommended by the manager.
Run and implement the facilities (server rooms, network connection places etc) to maintain the atmospheric condition required to keep the system working efficiently
Document every change that happened to the system to keep a record of these actions for future reference purposes.
Report periodically to the manager on the performance of the network, including any incidents of failures, their reason and the preventive action recommended.
Provide level 1/level 2 support.
Understand the behavior of company-owned services in order to deploy it and to troubleshoot problems.
Coordinate trouble shooting of network outages and trouble reports with Internet Service Providers, customers and other groups as needed. This may include performing circuit testing with the carrier and/or customer head-to-head.
Be available torespond to user and colleague enquiries and escalations outside working hours.
Required to work in shifts.
Ensure all Company and Department policies and procedures are followed.
Follows IT standards and defined processes and policies for workflow using a systematic approach, to complete assigned tasks.
Ensure positive service image in the user community.
Manage several projects concurrently.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Report security events or potential security risks to the organization. Key Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent.
CCNP Certified (Routing & Switching)
CCNA Voice or CCVP
CCNA Security or CCSP
